Amber Davies rules out joining next series of Celebs Go Dating

Love Island’s Amber Davies says she’s NOT going to join the next series of Celebs Go Dating.

Amber won Love Island last summer with Kem Cetinay, sharing a £50,000 prize.

However they broke up in December, and now Amber is reportedly ready to look for love on TV again.

According to The Sun, Amber could take part in E4’s Celebs Go Dating later this year.

She wouldn’t be the first Love Island star to join the show, with ‘Muggy Mike’ Thalassitis appearing in the most recent season.

A source said: “Celebs Go Dating were really happy with the ratings.

“One of the stars of this series was Muggy Mike and with Amber recently becoming single and having won the show, producers knew she’s got a big following and that it’d be great to have another Love Island star.

“She’s already been telling people she’s going to go on it.”

However, Amber has taken to Twitter to deny the rumours.

She tweeted: “LOVE celebs go dating. But unfortunately this is deffo not true. However I could be swayed if @RyanGosling was one of my dates ?”

The latest season of the E4 celebrity dating show was the most watched yet.

An average of over 700,000 viewers tuned in to the final episode last night (Thursday), beating ITV2’s Survival of the Fittest which had 450,000 viewers at the same time.

Alongside Muggy Mike, those on the Celeb Go Dating cast this time included singer Tallia Storm and her ex Seb Morris.

They’re joined by Hollywood’s Jonathan Lipnicki, Olympian Jade Jones, comedian London Hughes and TOWIE’s Gemma Collins.

Completing the line up are Made In Chelsea’s Sam Thompson and Ollie Locke.

Celebs Go Dating is expected to return in the autumn on E4 for what will be a fifth series.
