There’s hope Dancing On Ice hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield will take to the ice themselves this year.
The presenters of the show could swap their shoes for skates in the final.
At least, if pro skater Matt Evers gets his way.
He’s keen to finally get Holly to take to the ice herself during the live shows.
Phillip Schofield went onto the ice during 2014’s final but at the time Holly was not part of the show.
Now with Dancing On Ice back on TV, Matt wants Holly to join Phillip out on the ice.
“Phil [Schofield] has been on the ice but Holly hasn’t,” Matt told star magazine this week.
“She was always like, ‘No, no, no.’ But I mentioned it a couple of weeks back and she said, ‘Definitely let’s give it a go!'”
He continued:”Isn’t Holly Willoughby looking great in all those fabulous dresses? What I really want to see her in is a pair of skates, though.
“That’s my current mission. She always looks terrified when I suggest it but, by the end of this series I WILL get Holly Willoughby on the ice.
“You never know, we might even try a headbanger.”
Currently just four celebs remain on Dancing On Ice 2018.
Following each of the celeb’s latest live performances, it was ITV weatherman Alex Beresford who was voted off Dancing On Ice last week.
Alex and pro skater Brianne faced the skate off against Love Island’s Kem Cetinay and his pro partner Alex Murphy.
In the skate off, judges Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean, Jason Gardiner and Ashley Banjo all decided to keep Kem over Alex.
Those left on the Dancing On Ice line up are Max Evans and his pro skater Ale Izquierdo and Coronation Street actress Brooke Vincent and her pro partner Matej Silecky.
Also back on the ice this weekend will be Love Island’s Kem Cetinay and his pro partner Alex Murphy and X Factor’s Jake Quickenden and skater Vanessa Bauer.
