In the fifth and final episode on Sunday night, the celebrity recruits' mental and physical strength is tested as Ant Middleton and his DS (Directing Staff) push them to their limits. The mental strain of the interrogation phase results in a flurry of voluntary withdrawals as the recruits begin to crack, but this is not the end of the course.
One final, brutal challenge awaits them at the El Morado glacier, 3000 metres above sea level. Here, the DS need to find out who has enough left in the tank to complete the ultimate 'Winter Sickener'.
