As Kem Cetinay takes part in Dancing On Ice, Marcel is eyeing up a rather different reality TV challenge.
Speaking to BANG! Showbiz, Marcel said he was up for a stint in the I'm A Celebrity jungle.
“I think I’m probably more suited to the jungle because I like to do challenges and I like to talk to people," he said.
The former Blazin' Squad star went on: “I don’t think Dancing on Ice or Strictly would be well suited to me because I don’t like learning routines because of Blazin’ Squad.
“It comes from making us doing Love on the Line and they made us dance to it and I was like ‘we’ll never dance again’.”
“We’ll sway from side to side and we’ll wave our hands but we’ll never do another routine.”
While Marcel is up for I'm A Celebrity, some stars are very much not.
Warwick Davis revealed this week he had turned down the show.
The actor, famous for his roles in films such as Star Wars and Harry Potter, says he doesn't ever see himself in the jungle.
Warwick said: "I get asked to do a lot of reality shows. I love watching them but they don't appeal to me as a performer.
"I'm A Celebrity got in touch, but I didn't even find out what I would be getting paid."
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, the star of new musical Eugenius! added: "At the moment I'm busy enough with other stuff."
And Warwick isn't the only celeb to turn down the jungle.
Piers Morgan recently revealed he turned down 'a lot of money' to appear on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
The former newspaper editor turned Good Morning Britain presenter suggested no amount would get him on the show.
"I've been offered lots of money for these things, to go and eat bugs," he said on the ITV show. "They say 'hey, do you want to go to a jungle in Australia and eat kangaroo testicles as Ant and Dec mock you?' - no thanks. Why would I do that?"
I'm A Celebrity returns to ITV in the autumn.
