ITV’s jungle series I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here will be back in November for a brand new season.

And although no names have been confirmed for the cast just yet, it sounds as though we can expect at least one Love Islander to be involved.

Maura Higgins is the favourite to appear in the jungle, with 2018 Islanders Dani Dyer and Wes Nelson also rumoured.

Meanwhile, Amy Hart has put herself forward, telling Heart Breakfast about entering the jungle: “I would love to. I’d absolutely love to.”

She added: “I hate rats. I hate rats. That’s the only thing. Like I can deal with the Spiders and stuff, I can deal with all the creepy crawlies but it’s the rats. They put me in that coffin with rats.”

Alex Apati of bookmakers Ladbrokes told the Daily Star on Sunday newspaper: “We’re strapping ourselves in for a star-studded line-up Down Under this year but it looks as though Maura will steal the show once again.”

Other names linked to the new series of I’m A Celebrity include Blue and Hollyoaks star Duncan James and football pundit Ian Wright, who has reportedly been offered a ‘six figure’ deal.

TV personality Ulrika Jonsson has also been rumoured for the show together with The Saturdays’ singer Frankie Bridge and former England footballer and recent Celebrity Big Brother housemate John Barnes.

And the Daily Mail newspaper claims that Hollywood’s ex-lover Summer Monteys-Fullam wants to be on the show.

Meanwhile, Ant and Dec are confirmed to be back hosting after Ant was replaced by Holly Willoughby last year.

Speaking earlier in 2019, Ant said of Holly’s appearance: “That was the great thing about Holly. It was a one-year gig. That was the brief, a one-off.

“I was thankful that it was her because she was looking after my mate out there and looking after the show. And she doesn’t need the work — she can’t get off the telly!”

However there will be changes on ITV2 spin-off Extra Camp after both Joe Swash and Scarlett Moffatt announced they were leaving.

It’s since been rumoured that last year’s celebrity campers Emily Atack and John Barrowman could join the show.
