Love Island fans, get ready for more excitement!

The show’s producers are lining up another celebrity bombshell to enter the villa.

Abbie Quinnen, ex-girlfriend of Strictly Come Dancing star AJ Pritchard, is set to join the dating show.

Earlier this week, reality TV star Joey Essex shocked contestants by making a surprise entrance in Majorca.

Now, dancer Abbie,, who has connections to Love Island through AJ’s brother Curtis (a fourth-place finisher in 2019), is preparing to make her own splash.

A source revealed: “Abbie has become well-known in her own right and after her breakup with AJ, she’s ready for a fresh start and a new chance at love. Joey was the first big bombshell, and Abbie is ready to follow.”

The insider added to The Sun: “She’s been in talks with Love Island for weeks and can’t wait to dive in and stir things up. Through her relationship with AJ, she learned a lot about Love Island from Curtis, so she knows what to expect.”

Abbie and AJ split in 2022 after four years together, a year after Abbie suffered serious burns from a viral social media stunt gone wrong.

The new series, hosted by Maya Jama, kicked off on Monday with more than one million viewers tuning in.

Joey Essex made quite an entrance, calling himself the “king of Essex” and declaring he’s “ready to find [his] queen.”

He immediately caused a stir, coupling up with Samantha and sending Sam home.
