Kem Cetinay wants to return to Love Island following his split from Amber Davies.
Amber and Kem won Series 3 of ITV2’s Love Island in the summer and ended up sharing the £50,000 prize fund.
However after almost six months together, the couple called it a day last month just before Christmas.
“With sadness, we’ve decided to separate,” they said in a joint statement. “We fell in love in the villa and want to thank all the fans of the show for supporting us.
“Our schedules made it difficult. We’ll remain good friends.”
Now single, Kem says he’s up for a return to the Love Island villa.
He told The Sun newspaper: “I would go back on Love Island. I should apply under a different name — that would be good, wouldn’t it?”
Meanwhile opening up about the break up from Amber, he revealed: “Like in any relationship, there were triggers and things happened and I started to notice things.
“Of course we rowed and bickered. But it was a mutual decision and we sat down together and in the end we split to see how we feel.”
Proving there are no hard feelings between them, Amber this week spoke out to wish Kem luck ahead of his first Dancing On Ice show.
She wrote in her new! magazine column: “Dancing On Ice kicks off this weekend and I wish Kem all the best in the competition. I’m sure he’ll be fabulous.
“He’s worked incredibly hard and been very dedicated. I hope he goes a long way.”
Dancing On Ice returns tonight on ITV with Kem one of the first contestants to take to the ice.
Legendary skating duo Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean will be reunited with original hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby on the show that sees celebrity skaters take to the ice in a bid to dance and dazzle their way to glory.
Celebs joining Love Island’s Kem on the cast include rugby hunk Max Evans, Great British Bake Off’s Candice Brown, Corrie star Antony Cotton and X Factor singer Jake Quickenden.
