I’m A Celebrity stars will ALL take on next trial as Noel Edmonds joins jungle

Noel Edmonds will make his entrance into the I’m A Celebrity jungle on tonight.

He will become ‘The Emperor’ in the latest bushtucker trial.

Last night (Wednesday) there was no viewer vote to decide who would take part in the task, with all 10 celebrities instead taking on tomorrow’s challenge.

Hosts Dec and Holly teased that they would become gladiators as they enter a magnificent jungle coliseum where they will fight for food and honor.

TV host Noel will have a starring role has he joins the show as a late entrant, having signed a reported £600,000 fee to take part.

PREVIEW: 'Emperor' Noel Edmonds Surprises the Campmates | I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!

Being The Emperor comes with some special powers. It was revealed on ITV2 spin-off show Extra Camp: “The Emperor will be immune from all work including all trials and duties around camp.

“His first task will be to employ an advisor who will also be immune from trials.

“The other two people chosen as his inner circle will also have the same privileges as The Emperor. All hail The Emperor!”

After the task, he’ll join the current cast of ten celebrities in camp. Those on the show are made up of The Chase’s ‘The Governess’ Anne Hegerty, actor John Barrowman, EastEnders actress Rita Simons, TV presenter Nick Knowles, The Inbetweeners star Emily Atack and X Factor’s Fleur East.

Joining them are The Vamps singer James McVey Football manager Harry Redknapp, Coronation Street’s Sair Khan and Hollyoaks actor Malique Thompson-Dwyer.

John took part in tonight’s latest task, The Scary Rose.

John arrived in the trial area where Holly and Dec explained the task. It was called Scary Rose and John was confronted with a wrecked boat in a pool. Below the water was a jungle shipwreck and hidden inside was some very special treasure in the form of 10 stars.

John had ten minutes to find all of the treasure. Each star that he found would be worth one meal for camp.

John made his way through the wreck and back to dry land where he triumphantly counted out his ten stars.

I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here continues at 9PM on ITV nightly.
