Emily Atack and Nick Knowles got to find out some secret facts about their I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! 2018 campmates in yesterday’s Dingo Dollar Challenge.
With all ten campmates now together for the first time after the rival camps merged, Emily and Nick had the chance to win a special treat to celebrate their union.
They arrived at a jungle clearing to read their rhyming instructions: “10 celebrities are the Jungle cast and 10 secrets that are hidden in their past.
“Match the secrets to the photo on the wall and to the shack you’ll go with the Dingo Dollar haul.”
First, the pair had to examine the school photos on the wall and work out which celebrity each featured.
They then had to rummage through cluttered lockers to find the facts, and place them below the matching celebrity’s picture.
Along the way they found out that Anne Hegerty was once an extra in a Robin Hood movie, and Sair Khan wanted to be a WWE wrestler.
Meanwhile, Emily owned up to biting people as a youngster. “My mum made me bite in to soap and I never bit anyone again,” she revealed.
Once Emily and Nick had correctly matched all the secrets, it was off to the Outback Shack.
They opted to spend their Dingo Dollars on jam roly-poly and custard instead of sherbert dip.
However, they couldn’t get their hands on the delicious dessert until new Shack owner Kiosk Kev called Croc Creek with a teaser question.
“What percentage of adults felt their school days were the best days of their lives, 50% or 40%?” he asked.
After much debate, the group settled on 40% – but the correct answer was 50%.
Kev promptly slammed the kiosk shutters as Emily and Nick walked back to camp processing the group’s second Dingo Dollar failure.
Harry Redknapp seemed particularly disappointed after finding out what the reward would have been.
“Jam roly poly, I love it. Not to worry, we’ve probably got kangaroo wings or something tonight,” he joked.
I’m A Celebrity 2018 continues nightly at 9.00pm on ITV, with Extra Camp immediately afterwards on ITV2.
