Former Strictly Come Dancing pro Gleb Savchenko has given his view on the show’s supposed ‘curse’.
The professional dancer has appeared on both the UK and American versions of the dancing contest.
And he’s had his say on the so-called ‘Strictly Curse’ following all the drama after Seann Walsh and Katya Jones’ kiss.
In an interview with The Sun newspaper, Gleb claimed: “A lot of stuff happens secretly that we don’t know about. It’s obvious the dancers have feelings – it’s not necessarily that they want to go and f*** them, but a lot of people do.
“It’s normal if you’re single but if you’re not single then OK, you’ve taken that a bit too far.
“I know from the past that these things happen and people get married and even stay together from the curse – it happens.”
He added: “Whatever happens on Strictly stays on Strictly, let’s remember that.”
Last week saw Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood accuse Katya of being the one in the wrong after her kiss with Seann.
He told the Daily Mail newspaper: “Personally, I think Katya was in the wrong. She should have put a stop to it because she’s a professional dancer.
“It’s her job not only to protect her own relationship, but to protect the celebrity’s and be the mentor. I think she broke protocol over that. She should never have allowed it to happen.
“And, of course, she’s married and her husband Neil is on Strictly.”
Seann and Katya made it through last week’s live show and this week will perform the Quickstep to Lightning Bolt by Jake Bugg.
Strictly Come Dancing 2018 airs Saturday and Sunday night on BBC One.
