Celebrity Big Brother’s latest series debut on ITV1 has garnered unprecedented attention, securing the largest audience the show has seen in more than a decade.
The launch episode drew in an impressive 3.8 million viewers across all platforms, according to the 7-day consolidated figures. This marks a significant increase from the last launch episode aired by Channel 5 in 2018, with a surge of 1.3 million viewers.
The show has particularly resonated with younger audiences, attracting 800,000 viewers aged between 16 and 34. Additionally, Celebrity Big Brother has achieved a remarkable milestone on the streaming front, being streamed over 7 million times on ITV.
The series is set to continue with much anticipation as tonight at 9PM on ITV1 and ITVX, Celebrity Big Brother: Live Eviction will take place.
The episode promises high stakes as Fern, Lauren, or Louis face eviction from the Celebrity Big Brother house.
