Fleur East has unveiled her brand new single and music video as she makes a music comeback.
The former X Factor runner up recently took part in I’m A Celebrity, finishing fourth in last weekend’s final.
After taking part in The X Factor in 2014, Fleur had originally been signed to Simon Cowell’s Syco record label and released debut album Love, Sax and Flashbacks in 2015.
However it was announced in 2017 that the pair had decided to part ways.
Now Fleur is ready to make a comeback with a brand new single.
Called ‘Favourite Thing’, the was released Friday, January 4. You can download and stream the song online here.
Fleur tweeted: “AHHHHH!!!!! Guys I’m so emotional!! Today is the day! ‘Favourite Thing’ is OUT NOW! You can download & stream the song and watch the video on my YouTube! Thank you for all of your support. ❤️”
It previously claimed that Fleur had recorded the brand new single together with the music video before entering the I’m A Celebrity jungle last year.
“Fleur is hoping I’m A Celeb will be the launchpad for her music comeback,” a source told The Sun newspaper. “She’s already got a song recorded and shot the music video right before she went to Australia, so it would be ready and unedited for her to approve when she gets out.
“Fleur feels she has unfinished business with music and is hoping for more success after the huge profile boost the show has given her.”
The news comes after Simon Cowell appeared to make a dig at Fleur during The X Factor final earlier last month.
Simon seemed to take a swipe at her career as he gave feedback to current contestant Scarlet Lee.
The music mogul remarked how he didn’t want to see her end up ‘drinking worm juice’ in the jungle in two years time.
I’m A Celebrity airs on ITV.
