The Britain’s Got Talent 2019 semi-finalists have been revealed with magicians leading the line up this year.
Saturday night saw the Top 40 contestants in the live shows revealed, with the acts performing all this week in the semi-finals.
Of the Top 40, a total of 11 are magic acts ranging from a mysterious woman going by the name of The Haunting to a masked magician called simply ‘X’.
There’s also four piece ‘magic boyband’ 4MG, magical dance group Angels Inc, and Dave with his mind reading dog Finn.
This year there are 10 singing acts ranging from 12-year-old Ker James and 10-year-old Giorgia Borg – Alesha Dixon’s golden buzzer – to 89-year-old Colin Thackery who reduced the judges to tears with his audition.
There are 5 dancing acts that include David Walliams’ golden buzzer Flakefleet Primary School, the Fabulous Sisters from Japan and Ant and Dec’s golden buzzer, Akshat Sing.
Then there are the variety acts: This year they include aerialists Duo A&J and the Gomonov Knife Show who will perform live this week.
Also through are ‘extreme tambourinist’ Gonzo, rollerbladers Rosie & Adam, Guy First and his ‘State Of Fart’, Danger Balancing Act Vardanyan Brothers and singing harpist Ursula Burns.
Finally rounding things off is The Queen herself (but not really).
