Sarah Lancashire stars in a new four-part Channel 4 drama The Accident.
Written by Jack Thorne and directed by Sandra Goldbacher, the new series "aims to explore the nexus between blame, revenge and justice, and explores the contentious question of responsibility - social, corporate and personal – that the accident gives rise to."
Set in the fictional Welsh town of Glyngolau and filmed entirely on location in Wales, The Accident follows the grief and anger that follows when an explosion on the construction site claims the lives of many children who have broken into the building site to make mischief.
