This weekend on Strictly Come Dancing the celebrities pull out all the stops for the show’s first ever Icons week.
Tess and Claud welcome the couples back to the dance floor as they perform routines that honour some of the most influential music artists of all time
The judges will critique every move, and the audience vote will once again play a crucial role, determining who faces the dreaded dance-off.
And it’s Shayne Ward who’s on the chopping block this week as the most likely contestant to face elimination.
He’s been in the bottom two twice now, saved by the judges again last week where it was Dr. Punam who was sent home.
Behind Shayne in the elimination stakes are Wynne Evans and Sam Quek, but the gap is widening as his odds to be sent home continue to climb.
Of course, Strictly is notorious for surprises, so Shayne could still pull off a show-stopping twist to turn his fortune around.
While Shayne battles to stay afloat, comedian Chris McCausland is riding high as the show’s runaway favourite.
With his charm and comedic timing lighting up the dancefloor, Chris has won the audience’s hearts and appears to be the frontrunner to win the glitterball trophy.
Chris is set to perform a tango to Rock and Roll All Nite by KISS, and fans can’t wait to see if he’ll keep his winning streak alive.
Other stars vying for the title include Tasha Ghouri and Sarah Hadland, who both have their eyes on the prize but are currently trailing Chris’s impressive lead.
So, as the contestants prepare to dance for their lives, all eyes will be on the Icons-themed showdown.
Strictly Come Dancing airs on BBC One Saturday and Sunday evenings, where another celebrity will say their goodbyes.
