Some viewers of The Real Full Monty Live on ITV have complained about, err, nudity.
Alexander Armstrong and Ashley Banjo returned for the new special, which made first its debut last year. The show, raising awareness of men’s cancers, saw dance supremo Ashley marshal a band of famous celebrity novices through their moves, whipping them into shape to perform a frenzy-inducing striptease.
For 2018, the brand new cast of male celebrities included TV Presenter Jeff Brazier, Former Rugby International Ugo Monye, TOWIE star James Argent and The Wanted’s Tom Parker.
They were joined by Ex-footballer John Hartson, Celebrity Chef Ainsley Harriot, and former Eastender Johnny Partridge.
Over 4 million viewers watched the boys get their kit off but it seems some felt there was a bit too much on show.
Although the live crowd got to see everything, us at home got a ‘family friendly’ edit.
At least that was the plan.
A couple of camera slip ups first saw John Hartson show a little too much.
TV presenter Dominic Littlewood, who appeared on the show last year, also gave viewers an eyeful when he sat naked in the audience.
It was enough to see a handful of viewers take the time to make official complaints to TV Watchdog Ofcom.
A spokesperson for the TV regulator told the Daily Mirror: “We’ve had four complaints which we are assessing before deciding whether or not to investigate.”
For 2018, there will also be a women’s special airing tonight (Thursday, March 29) at 9PM.
Celebs featured in the ‘Ladies’ night’ special include The Only Way Is Essex star Megan McKenna, Liberty X singer Michelle Heaton and former Xtra Factor presenter Sarah-Jane Crawford.
