Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea share their first kiss on Love Island 2019 tonight.
Amber paired up with new boy Greg in the latest recoupling, pieing Michael Griffiths who had been wanting to rekindle their romance.
In tonight’s show, despite Michael confessing his feelings for Amber, she is continuing to get to know Greg, who she is currently coupled up with.
And Greg has made no secret of the fact that he fancies Amber.
Speaking with Anna, Francesca and Harley, Greg explains how he wants to take things slow and not put too much pressure on Amber. But the girls think it’s time Greg turned up the heat and made his move.
Anna says: “She wants you to kiss her.”
Greg reassures the girls of his feelings for Amber and says: “It’s coming, don’t worry!”
Reflecting in the Beach Hut, Greg admits: “It was nice to hear advice from Amber’s friends and I’ll take it onboard. It’s nice that everyone cares and everyone is backing me and Amber as a couple.”
The Islanders head to bed and it looks like Greg is ready to make his move. Greg says to Amber: “I’ve been wanting to do this.”
Amber asks: “What?”
Greg replies: “I just want to do it in private.”
Amber and Greg then have a cheeky snog under the covers. But will the kiss certify Amber and Greg’s connection?
Love Island 2019 airs tonight at 9PM on ITV2.
Elsewhere in tonight’s show, Jordan asks Anna to be his official girlfriend, Maura and Curtis head out on a date and Chris makes a move on Harley.
At the end of the evening there’s a shock elimination as one couple is dumped from the villa.
Following a public vote, the three couples with the least votes from viewers are left in danger. It’s up to the other Islanders to decide who stays and who goes.
