Love Island is up for a BAFTA as one of 2017’s must-see TV moments

Love Island is up for a BAFTA TV award this year as one of 2017’s must-see TV moments.

Six of the past year’s biggest television highlights have been nominated for Virgin TV’s Must-See Moment Award.

The winner will be revealed during the Virgin TV British Academy Television Awards, hosted by Sue Perkins on Sunday 13 May at the Royal Festival Hall, London. Virgin TV’s Must-See Moment is the only award presented on the night to be voted for by the British public.

The award showcases the most talked about TV of 2017, recognising the unforgettable television that had the nation gripped – the emotional scenes, the cliff-hangers, the laugh-out-loud and edge-of-your-seat moments.
