Comedians Joe Wilkinson and Katherine Ryan will head away on holiday together for a new Channel 4 series.

The pair are joining forces to show the Great British public how to have a fantastic holiday for a next to nothing price.

Joe and Katherine’s Bargain Holidays will start on Channel 4 on Thursday, 25 April at 10PM.

Joe and Katherine lead the charge in searching for the most cost-effective holiday options, travelling both within the UK and internationally. Each episode highlights a different kind of budget-friendly vacation.

Joe Wilkinson said: “If pushed on it, I’d have to say my three favourite words are: ‘bargain’, ‘holiday’ and ‘voucher’ (and ‘large vacuumed packed portable food bags…’). This series gets under the skin of all three.

“We’re going to uncover the biggest bargain holidays in the world and we’re going to have some fun doing it! (And some tears, I well-up at the drop of a hat).”

Katherine Ryan added: “Three of my favourite words are: ‘cocktails’, ‘Maldives’ and ‘helicopter’. This series is really going to test my friendship with Joe.”
