Richard Madeley won just four stars as he faced a horror I’m A Celebrity 2021 trial tonight.
Ant & Dec joined camp yesterday evening (Tuesday, 23 November) to share the results of the latest viewer vote.
With the most votes from viewers, Richard took part in ‘Castle Kitchen Nightmares’.
Arriving at the trial, Ant explained the challenge to Richard: “This is castle kitchen nightmares, you have 10 minutes to find 10 stars hidden within the trial.
“Each star you find is a meal for the camp tonight. They could be hidden anywhere, in the walls, in the pots, even down the rubbish shoot.
“When you find a star, pop it in your star bag. Only stars that are in the bag at the end of the trial will count.
Dec added: “Now as this is a trial it will be full of castle critters throughout. If you want to stop the trial, shout ‘IACGMOOH’ and we’ll get you out.”
The klaxon sounded and Richard started looking around the kitchen and putting his hand in holes on kitchen shelves to try and find and collect stars.
He then had to go head first into a chute before heading into a sewer type area which was full of rotten fruit and veg, he struggled to find any stars as Ant and Dec tried to help him.
Fish guts and offal continued to fall on him as he looked for stars, “holy moly” commented Richard.
Richard struggled to unknot the string that had stars on in the sewer area before the klaxon sounded leaving Richard with only four out of ten stars.
Later in camp, dinner arrived as Richard’s efforts were rewarded with a squirrel to eat.
Other celebrities currently taking part in 2021’s I’m A Celebrity line up currently include sports star Kadeena Cox, choreographer and director Arlene Phillips, football icon turned pundit David Ginola and BBC Breakfast’s Louise Minchin.
