Kirstie and Phil’s Love It or List It (Series 9, Episode 4)

The new series of Kirstie and Phil’s Love It or List It continues with its latest episode.

Facing the challenge of soaring building costs, Kirstie draws on her extensive renovation know-how to mend the rifts among couples throughout the UK, encouraging them to embrace their current homes.

Simultaneously, Phil, buoyed by his recent series triumph, showcases some magnificent houses, aiming to persuade families to consider selling.

In Maidenhead, Kirstie and Phil assist Nilesh and Raakhee, who settled into their four-bedroom house two years ago. Nilesh, a keen DIY enthusiast, has devoted himself to decorating the house, but is now open to selling it.

The arrival of their daughter Isla a year ago has made the small, isolated kitchen increasingly problematic, and Nilesh also wishes to move closer to relatives in Leicestershire.

Raakhee, however, is keen to stay, appreciating the work they’ve done and believing that Kirstie’s clever design could transform their house into their dream home. With a tight £20k budget to make them ‘love it’, Kirstie faces the task of resolving their space issues.

Meanwhile, Phil, with a substantial £500k budget, searches the East Midlands for three ideal homes nearer to Nilesh and Raakhee’s family. Who will be celebrating in the end?
