Dancing On Ice’s Brooke Vincent reveals ‘transformation’ after 12 weeks of training

Dancing On Ice’s Brooke Vincent has revealed a 12-week body transformation.

The Coronation Street star has taken on a gruelling work schedule ahead of the new series which continues on Sunday night.

Sharing pictures on Instagram, Brooke explained to fans how she had also overhauled her diet and stopped smoking

Brooke wrote: “I’m so proud of myself, mainly from the smoking aspect, but more so because I never thought I was strong enough to take something so seriously and stick it out.. This is my 12 week transformation.”

She added: “So here I am a stone lighter smoke free and in that dress I bought at 19 grew out of and kept “just in case” ❣”

However the actress previously said she had “lost her boobs” after intense training sessions for Dancing On ice.

Speaking to The Sun newspaper about her current training regime, Brooke revealed: “I’ve been getting up at 5am then doing 6-8am training and then I go to work until 7pm.

“I’ve done that for about four or five weeks now. It’s hard but you know what I’ve realised, you don’t get any further for moaning.”

Discussing her health kick as 2018 begins, Brook added: “[My life has changed] Massively. I’ve not drunk.

“We’ve had a bit of a strict routine. We’re trying. Gym, healthy, stop smoking.”

It turns out that the endless hours of practice has also seem some unexpected changes.

Brooke explained: “I’ve gone down a dress size, too. I was a size 10 and I’m now a small size 8.

“My nan said to me yesterday: ‘Oh Brookey, you’ve lost your boobs!’ I’m measured every Monday.”

And as well as missing breasts, Brooke said: “I’ve got some good bruises. I went to a spa the other day and people were looking at me, like, ‘Oh my God!’

“They probably think I’ve had rows with the wall!”

Celebrities joining Brooke on the Dancing On Ice 2018 cast include Love Island contestant Kem Cetinay, X Factor singer Jake Quickenden, Rugby hunk Max Evans, and ITV Weatherman Alex Beresford.

As well as viewers, they’ll be performing for a new look ice panel which includes returning judge Jason Gardiner.
