Celebrity Island spoilers!
Just as with the main series, Bear Grylls will abandon the 10 celebrities on an uninhabited island in the Pacific. Alone and marooned in just their clothes and with a handful of basic tools, they must survive entirely on their own wits.
They’ll have to make shelter, hunt for food and keep safe, as well as filming everything that happens themselves.
In tonight’s show, after enduring brutal storms and little food for three weeks, a medical check-up reveals the group are now dangerously underweight and could even be at risk of organ failure.
Iwan Thomas decides to head into the mangroves on a secret night hunt to kill a caiman crocodile – but he gets lost. Mel urges her campmates to build a waterproof shelter, without success.
And when the mother of all storms strikes, the group is brought to its knees.
Why are they doing it?
The Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls is a part of Channel 4’s Stand Up For Cancer charity event.
