Britain’s Got Talent 2019 aired its sixth round of auditions on ITV this weekend but which act was the best?
Saturday saw a bumper sixth episode on ITV from 8PM with a total of eight more acts going before the judges.
Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, David Walliams and Simon Cowell return to the panel while Ant and Dec are back watching on from the sidelines.
As always, acts needed three or more yeses to get through to the next round, and potentially make the live shows.
Acts that impressed ranged from 88-year-old singer Colin Thackery to mysterious magicians Brotherhood who shock with a sword stunt.
Also getting four yeses from the judges was 71-year-old musician Russell T Bird who rocked out with his keytar, despite a false start.
Big Name Statues surprised the panel with their unique audition before Dust in the Wind, made up of a couple from Cuba, showcased their acrobatic dance routine.
All female dance group Khronos Girls wanted to send out an important message about women’s rights with their routine and magician Ben Hart from London teleported a member of the audience as part of his audition.
Finally, Chapter 13, a band made up of teenagers, put their spin on Stevie Wonder’s hits and got the latest golden buzzer of the series from Amanda Holden.
“Congratulations, I could not resist. You were absolutely fantastic,” Amanda told the boys after sending them straight through to the next round.
