Britain’s Got Talent 2019 started its first round of auditions on ITV tonight but which act was the best?
Tonight saw a bumper opening episode on ITV from 7:15PM with a total of ten acts going before the judges.
Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, David Walliams and Simon Cowell return to the panel while Ant and Dec are back watching on from the sidelines.
As always, acts needed three or more yeses to get through to the next round, and potentially make the live shows.
Opening this year’s first round of try outs was The Queen who gave the judges a roasting in an hilarious audition.
Other acts on this weekends opening round of auditions are Japanese dance act Fabulous Sisters and all singing and all dancing kids from Flakefleet Primary School who got David Walliams’ golden buzzer.
Music acts came in the form of unique musicians Y Pedwar Covi from Wales, 18-year-old classical singer Faith Tucker, 42-year-old comedy singer-songwriter Siobhan Phillips and a singing Dalek called Ron, from Nottinghamshire.
More contestants who went before the judges included comedian ventriloquist Jimmy Tamley, who got both Amanda Holden and David Walliams involved with his act as he won a place in the next round.
And there was possibly Britain’s Got Talent’s most dangerous act yet as Russian duo Vardanyan Brothers performed a shocking balancing act involving swords.
Finally spooky magician act The Haunting saw a mysterious woman called Elizabeth take to the stage before scaring poor Amanda in a truly frightful audition.
