Britain’s Got Talent 2019 is back tonight on ITV and here’s a first look at all the contestants.
Tonight sees another bumper episode on ITV from 8PM with twelve acts hoping for at least three yeses from the judges.
Or even that elusive golden buzzer which would see them straight into the live shows.
Only David Walliams has used the golden buzzer so far this year, leaving four automatic spots in the semi-finals up for grabs.
So who are the second batch of hopefuls? Meet the potentially talented, wacky and wonderful lot below…
Meet tonight’s Britain’s Got Talent 2019 contestants
Gonzo
33-year-old Gonzo is a so-called “extreme tambourinist” from Japan who has been inspired by Susan Boyle to audition. Will his performance to Livin’ La Vida Loca get a similar reaction to Susan’s first performance?
Kerr James
12-year-old singer Kerr James comes from Glasgow. One of the youngest acts in the competition he goes before the judges to sing Try a Little Tenderness by Otis Redding. “He just becomes someone else!” react Ant & Dec from the sidelines to the youngster’s smooth singing.
Greg
Greg is a mini-bus driver from Clacton. He performs a singing ventriloquist act with his puppet Mr Bones, singing Olly Murs’ Dear Darlin’.
X
Mysterious act ‘X’ takes to a stage in an all-black outfit and face mask. Not saying a word, they get Ant and Dec onto the stage where they perform a mind-reading magic act involving the Geordie duo.
VJ Clarke
VJ Clarke gets excited as she sets up the stage to perform her act but the judges aren’t quite sure how to react to her eventual performance, trotting around the stage with a hobby horse.
Igor Outkine
Igor Outkine is originally from Russia but has been living in London for 30 years. He performs with an electronic accordion a medley of songs including I Feel Good and Tainted Love.
Guy First
Guy First comes from Israel and treats the judges to a rather unique and extraordinary talent. A musician since the age of 7, he performs a range of songs including Ghostbusters and Eye Of The Tiger.
Jonathan Goodwin
Jonathan Goodwin is a stuntman and magician from South Wales. He stuns the panel by declaring his intention to free himself from a straight jacket while hanging upside down… and being set on fire.
Sheila Simmonds
Sheila Simmonds comes from Woolloomooloo, Australia and promises something “really special” for the judges. Performing a catchy ditty, will she manage to win over all of the judges?
Kojo Anim
Kojo Anim is a stand-up comedian from London – and a pal of BGT judge Alesha Dixon. The newly engaged performer says his fiancée encouraged him to audition. Kojo performs a stand up set for the judges in a bid to “make the world laugh”.
Britain’s Got Talent 2019 is back Saturday night at 8PM on ITV with More Talent straight after on ITV2 from 9:25PM.
