The Britain’s Got Talent 2018 judges are heading to Blackpool for the first round of auditions TODAY.
The new series of BGT will begin on TV later this year but filming the try outs begins this week.
The Britain’s Got Talent judges for 2018 remain the same with Simon Cowell, David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden all returning for the 12th series.
The line up of judges are unchanged for a sixth year having proved a hit since first coming together in 2012.
And don’t worry – hosts Ant and Dec will also return to front the show as usual, having previously signed a new three year deal as presenters.

Open auditions for Britain’s Got Talent 2018 have already taken place, with producers having travelled the country to host open try outs while online auditions have seen talented (and not so talented) wannabes upload their videos in a bid to show off their act in front of the judges.
A select bunch of acts have been picked to go before the panel where they’ll need to get at least three yesses to make it to the next round and be in with the chance of performing live later this year.
Of course there’s also the golden buzzer twist which will see five lucky acts go straight the live shows from the auditions.
Each judge plus and presenters Ant and Dec can only use it once throughout the try outs.
As always, there will be a live crowd at every venue acting as the show’s fifth judge to help the panel make their decisions and making sure the judges know when they disagree with their choices!
