Bratavio’s Ottavio wants to do The Voice UK following The X Factor

Ottavio Columbro from former X Factor duo Bratavio plans to audition for The Voice UK.

Ottavio and pal Bradley Hunt made up Bratavio, who took part in the show in 2016.

They made it as far as the live shows, despite originally falling out in their first audition in a row over raw chicken.

However they’ve since split again and Ottavio is now going solo.

“I don’t regret it. But if I could go back I wouldn’t do it with him,” he said of The X Factor, adding: “My plan for me is to do The Voice 2019.”

Ottavio added to The Sun newspaper: “In terms of the group – no, we’re not getting back together.

“I’ve been honest with Bradley, I told him I wish I hadn’t auditioned with him because it just wasn’t right.

“This was the light at the end of the tunnel – I wish I had taken more time out, worked on myself and reapplied as a soloist. Without a back story.”

Whether or not we see Ottavio on The Voice UK next year remains to be seen.

But he may not be the only familiar face that pops up, with Katie Price previously saying she too will audition in 2019.

The reality star made the announcement on ITV’s Loose Women in a chat with host of the singing show, Emma Willis.

Katie told Emma: “I’m actually going to do The Voice next year.”

Emma reacted: “Are you?!”

Katie confidently declared: “I am and I don’t care telling you. You want to know why? I get so much stick about my singing – when I know I can.

“If the judges turn round for me I can be like ‘there you go they turned round for me’.”

She added: “I am going to do it and it doesn’t matter me saying it as they won’t see me anyway. I am 100% doing it.”

For now, The Voice UK 2018 continues this weekend on ITV.
