Ant and Dec reveal their I’m A Celebrity contestant wish list

Ant and Dec have revealed the names they hope to sign up to I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.

The Geordie duo will soon be back for a new series of I’m A Celebrity on ITV.

Top of their wish list for the line up is Piers Morgan.

Dec revealed: “He has said he would do it for a certain amount.

“Piers has said he would do it for a certain amount of money, which I think we could meet, but he keeps on wriggling out of it.”

Responding on Twitter to the comments, Piers said: “Like I said, £5 million & I’ll come and munch kangaroo testicles. Not a penny less.”

Meanwhile, Ant shared the names of other celebs he and Dec would love to see on the show.

Speaking at the Royal Television Society, he explained: “We have a list that we get every year and we add to it and subtract from it.

“On our list at the moment, one person we are tracking down this year is Richard Madeley. Tim Westwood. I would like to see that.

“Alan Shearer, the list is endless.”

Right now it appears as though Ant and Dec’s list will remain just wishful thinking.

Instead, names currently linked to the show feature a number of Love Islanders including Olivia Attwood, Maura Higgins and Amy Hart.

Other rumoured names include Blue and Hollyoaks star Duncan James and football pundit Ian Wright, who has reportedly been offered a ‘six figure’ deal.

TV personality Ulrika Jonsson has also been rumoured for the show together with The Saturdays’ singer Frankie Bridge and former England footballer and recent Celebrity Big Brother housemate John Barnes.

More potential celebrity campers include Rugby star James Haskell and singer Myles Stephenson of X Factor winning boy group Rak-Su.

I’m A Celebrity typically launches on ITV in November.
