It Takes Two host Zoe Ball reckons it’s inevitable that there are romances on Strictly Come Dancing.
This week Zoe confirmed she’d be returning to host the BBC Two spin-off show once more in the autumn.
But in an appearance on ITV’s This Morning, Zoe revealed she hadn’t been told anything about this year’s line up.
“They never tell me anything, because I have a big mouth. You just have to wait and see,” Zoe told hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.
According to reports, some celebs are worried about signing up for the show over fears for their relationship.
Zoe has previously spoken about Strictly’s so-called ‘curse’.
Over the years the BBC One series has become known for celebrities hooking up with their dance partners on the show, often at the expense of their previous relationship.
And Zoe admitted: “I think it’s very entertaining for us when we’re working on it.
“‘Do you think there’s… No, there’s nothing going on… oh, there’s so something going on'”
The former contestant on the show confessed in 2016 she fell in love with her partner Ian Waite, joking it was a good thing he was gay.
“I totally fell in love with Ian when I danced with him, because you’re so close,” she said.
Speaking to DigitalSpy at the time, Zoe went on to claim that there would always be romance on the show.
“If you’re with people day in day out like that, getting close, someone is going to fall in love at some point, even if it’s just momentarily,” she explained. “But I do feel sometimes that I need to stand up for certain people who get given a hard time about it.
“I think Kristina [Rihanoff] had a hard time about it. It does take two to tango.”
Strictly is back this autumn on BBC One.
