X Factor 2018 preview: Watch LMA Choir sing for a seat at the Six Chair Challenge

Here’s a first look at Saturday’s X Factor Six Chair Challenge as the LMA Choir sing for a seat.

This Saturday and Sunday night is another double bill as the Six Chair Challenge concludes before judges’ houses begins.

In Saturday’s episode, it’s back to Wembley where the acts in each of the four categories are performing one at a time, singing for their mentor, the other judges and a live audience.

As always in the six chair challenge, it’ll be each category’s mentor who has ultimate power. They’ll pick who to place in a seat, representing a spot at judges’ houses.

On Saturday night, Robbie Williams and the Groups take to the spotlight.

The LMA choir is made up of student singers aged 19-40 and their teacher.

“I teach musical theatre and dance and these guys are all my students,” explained the choir leader back at the auditions.

The choir went on to perform This Is Me from musical movie The Greatest Showman.

They got four yeses from the judges who were on their feet after the song.

Simon said: “What made it work was your joy in performing. You brought an energy to the show that we need. I think you need us, we need you. This was great.”

For the Six Chair Challenge, the group perform Sam Cooke’s A Change is Gonna Come.

You can watch a preview of their performance above.

Will it get them a chair from Robbie and – most importantly – will they keep it until the end?

Only those left with a seat once everyone has performed will be safe and through to judges’ houses.

The X Factor 2018 Six Chair Challenge begins Saturday at 8:35PM on ITV.
