Away from the actual results, the final of Love Island also saw the last day in the villa. Emotions ran high for the four remaining couples as they made their heartfelt declarations to one another at the end series summer ball.
There was some light relief when two dance coaches descended on the villa to train the islanders up in some salsa moves, which had a few disastrous results for Tommy.
Meanwhile, ITV2 have confirmed already that a special reunion show will air next Sunday.
Caroline Flack will be joined by all the islanders from across the series as we get all the gossip from the Isle of Love and find out if love is still blooming outside of the villa.
ITV2 say the reunion episode will relive all our favourites moments from the series, and this is one hot party you won’t want to miss!
The Love Island 2019 reunion show airs on Sunday, August 4 from 9PM.
Love Island will return in JANUARY for its first winter series.
