Watch Louis Tomlinson’s music video for Two Of Us

Louis Tomlinson has released the official music video for his single Two Of Us.

The One Direction star and X Factor judge dropped the track back in March.

And now the official music video is here to watch.

The emotional clip, shot in black and white, starts out with Louis alone playing the piano before being joined by his band.

Originally announcing the song earlier this year, Louis tweeted fans: “Right then, let me start by saying your patience and loyal support has been incredible!

“I feel like I’ve been waiting a while for you guys to hear this so I hope you love it as much as I do.”

The song is a touching tribute to Louis’ late mum who passed away in 2016 as a result of leukaemia.

“I just feel like, musically, I almost needed to get this song off my chest,” Louis said in an interview with House Of Solo magazine. “People say writing is a part of therapy. In a way, I feel like I’d been avoiding writing this song because I knew I only had one chance to get it right.

“I don’t mean to be too soppy but if Two Of Us can help just one other person who’s going through the tough time I went through, that would make me really happy.”

The song is the third to be taken from Louis’ debut album, which is expected to be out later in 2019.

Speaking back in December last year, Louis explained Dermot O’Leary’s BBC Radio 2 show about the record: “I’m a bit pedantic about this, I want it to be value for money so it’s going to be as many tracks as I can possibly get on it.

“I want to get it close to 18 for the deluxe.”

He added: “It’s been a long process but I’m a proper perfectionist and I have a few more songs that I need and want to write. It’s more about the type of artist I am.”

Louis recently said he wasn’t sure if he’d be returning to The X Factor this year.
