The competition heats up on The Circle 2019 tonight as the final nears.
A total prize of £100,000 is up for grabs on Channel 4 series The Circle, the reality game show for the social media age.
In a game where anyone can be anyone, The Circle’s players all live in the same building but reside in individual apartments. Never meeting face to face, players communicate only via social media platform The Circle as they compete to be voted the most popular by the other contestants.
Last night saw the latest elimination as Woody was voted a secret influencer by the public.
He was given the power to block another player, choosing 62-year-old Joyce, who was really former players Beth & Jack.

Those currently taking part in the game are Woody (playing as himself), Jan (playing as herself), Ella May (playing as herself), Georgina Aurelia Elliott (playing as herself), Tim Wilson (playing as himself) and Woody Cook (playing as himself).
They’re joined by James Doran (playing as single mum Sammie), Paddy Smyth (playing as himself), Busayo Twins (playing as Josh) and Beth Dunlavey & Jack Quirk (playing together as Joyce).
In tonight’s episode, the game playing steps up a level.
Sammie, aka James, sets up the ‘Circle Of Trust’ between himself, Paddy and Georgina in a bid to plot against Ella, Tim and Woody.
Meanwhile, Josh, aka Busayo, attempts to win over the other players after they suspected him of being a catfish.
Elsewhere, there’s a shock new round of ratings in which the least popular player is immediately blocked.
The Circle 2019 airs weeknights at 10PM on Channel 4 ahead of the live final this Friday.
You can watch episodes online and catch up via the All4 Player.
