Another celebrity has left Strictly Come Dancing 2018 in tonight’s results.

This weekend Strictly Come Dancing went to the movies, and the celebrity dancers and their professional partners gave their best Hollywood-inspired performances, as the fourteen couples each took to the dancefloor to impress the viewers at home – as well as judges Shirley Ballas, Dame Darcey Bussell, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood in the studio.

Tonight, Charles Venn and Lee Ryan had to dance again and it was the Reverend who went home.

In tonight’s Strictly Come Dancing results, the judges’ scores were combined with the results of the viewers’ votes to decide the lowest scoring two couples facing the dance off.

This week, that was Lee Ryan and professional partner Nadiya Bychkova, and Charles Venn and his partner Karen Clifton.

Both couples performed their routines again, Lee and Nadiya performed their Cha Cha Cha to The Power Of Love from the movie Back To The Future and Charles and Karen performed their American Smooth to Up Where We Belong from the movie An Officer and a Gentleman, in a bid to impress the judges and remain in the competition.

After both couples had danced a second time the judges delivered their verdicts:

Craig Revel Horwood chose to save Charles and Karen. Craig said: “The better dancers for me on the night were Charles and Karen.”

Darcey Bussell chose to save Charles and Karen. Darcey said: “I wish both these couples weren’t here so it’s tough but the better couple for me was Charles and Karen.”

Bruno Tonioli also chose to save Charles and Karen. Bruno said: “They were both very very good I have to say that. Very hard, but I have to pick Charles and Karen.”

Although her vote was not needed, Head Judge Shirley Ballas said she would have chosen to save Lee & Nadiya. Shirley said: “I would have gone with Lee on the musical performance from this evening.”

The remaining thirteen couples will take to the dancefloor again next week when Strictly Come Dancing returns on BBC One at 6:45PM.

Lee will be phoning into Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two with Nadiya on the sofa with Zoe Ball for their first interview live on Monday 8th October at 6.30pm on BBC Two.
