Holly was co-host on this year’s show alongside Dec, standing in for Ant.

Following the series final, she’s admitted to having found certain parts of the show very tough – particularly the trials.

And Holly even confessed how she ran out during one of the tasks in scenes cut from the show.

“There was a bit you didn’t see, at the colosseum and you had Fleur and Sair and they had green ants on them,” Holly recalled.

She told ITV’s This Morning: “This it didn’t make it to air, because I actually ran out! I was stood there and one green ant bit me and I burst into tears and I burst out of the colosseum.

“I was so embarrassed that they were covered and I had one. I just went ‘Help me!’ and I ran out. I was so embarrassed.”

Meanwhile, more behind the scenes gossip is set to be revealed from camp in I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Coming Out Show tonight at 9.00pm on ITV

In the special show, we follow the celebs as they first leave the jungle.

Nick Knowles is scene reacting to his Number 1, saying: “It’s hilarious isn’t it? I played guitar with my brother and never really took it seriously, it was just something we did as a family. Occasionally, I’d find myself on the rooftop of a hotel.

Nick’s son informed him that Biffy Clyro had denied that a collaboration had ever happened. Nick replied “I imagine their management has told them to distance themselves from me!”.

Back at the hotel, Nick was shown a clip of Chris Moyles pledging to get Nick in to the charts. Nick laughed and then said “That is unbelievable.”

Nick then wanted to thank Chris Moyles for backing his music and getting him to number one, so he video called Chris live on-air.
