Great British Bake Off star Candice Brown nearly wet herself in a first look at Dancing On Ice training.
The winner of the final BBC One series of Bake Off compares herself to a "hippo in a tutu" ahead of next month's launch show.
And she's also been having problems nearly wetting herself when falling over.
She tells cameras on the ice rink: "I think I nearly weed myself!"
Speaking from training, Candice continued: "If anyone had said to me you'll be on Dancing On Ice, I'd have said 'Yes, good one'.
"I'm trying my hardest to be elegant. Maybe more like a hippo in a tutu!"
Candice has also been suffering from pain in her ribs.
"I really suffered with my ribs, they were really sore," she said. "I sneezed and I was like, 'Oh! I'm going to pass out!' and then I picked up the dog and I was like something's not right.
"Then there was that panic of they're going to drop me from the show if I'm injured, but it was like 'no you need to tell them'."
Also having a tough time on the ice is Candice's fellow competitor, soap star Brooke Vincet.
She said: "It’s hard but it’s different, it definitely pushes me.
"We have to learn a new skill in four weeks and then perform it so that makes me really nervous but I can do a turn on the ice so far and I have my own little language for it."
Brooke added: "I make up my own names for moves like a ‘swoosh’ and a ‘swirl’."
Celebrities joining Candice and Brooke on the Dancing On Ice 2018 cast include Love Island contestant Kem Cetinay, Bucks Fizz singer Cheryl Baker, X Factor singer Jake Quickenden, Rugby hunk Max Evans, and ITV Weatherman Alex Beresford.
More celebs on the cast are singer Lemar, athlete Perri Shakes-Drayton, Coronation Street actor Antony Cotton and Hollyoaks star Stephanie Waring.
As well as viewers, they'll be performing for a new look ice panel which includes returning judge Jason Gardiner.
Jason will be joined on the line up by Diversity dancer Ashley Banjo and skating duo Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, who were coaches on the original series.
Dancing On Ice will start on Sunday, January 7 on ITV.
