In the first part (October 7 at 9PM on BBC One), the celebrities must show their dainty side by each making two different types of canapé in volume. They will then take a trip to the largest of the Canary Islands, Tenerife where the celebrities experience ingredients and cooking techniques they have never seen or heard of before as they try to recreate popular and iconic Canarian dishes to serve to the locals.

Guiding them are brothers and restaurateurs Mario and Fabian Torres, whose restaurant on the island has been in the family for three generations.

Their second final week challenge (October 9 at 8PM on BBC One) will be the Chef’s Table. This year it will be hosted by MasterChef: The Professionals judge Monica Galetti at her restaurant, Mere.

The three finalists must deliver food of an exceptional standard to impress some of the best chefs in the country, who between them hold five Michelin stars: Daniel Clifford (Midsummer House – two Michelin stars), Lisa Goodwin-Allen (Northcote – one Michelin star), Ollie Dabbous (Hide – one Michelin Star), Jun Tanka (The Ninth – one Michelin star) and Robin Gill (The Dairy and Sorella).

The third and ultimate challenge (October 11 at 8:30PM on BBC One) will see the finalists cook and present a faultless three-course meal for final judgement by John and Gregg.

Celebrity MasterChef final will air on BBC One Monday at 9PM, Wednesday at 8PM and Friday at 8:30PM.
