“Incredible guys, incredible,” declared Simon.

Pianist and musician Tokio Myers took to the stage with a new composition.

“You are a world class musician, you truly are a champion,” Howie commented.

Comedian Lost Voice Guy then reprised his stand up act for a new audience, wowing with jokes told via the text to speech app on an iPad.

A year on from his Britain’s Got Talent win, Simon said: “You have inspired so many people. You are a great guy and so funny.

“I’m so grateful the American audience got to experience what I experienced on Britain’s Got Talent.”

Unfortunately for fans of the acts, none of them made it through to the final next week. Attraction came the closest, ranking second in the public vote.

It was sand artist Kseniya Simonova from Ukraine’s Got Talent and America’s Got Talent magician Shin Lim who were instead the two acts to make the final.

They were the last contestants through to the last stage after five weeks of heats.

Joining them in the final on February 11 will be singer Kechi Okwuchi, Extreme Knife Throwers Deadly Games, Opera/Rock Singer Cristina Ramos, singer Brian Justin Crum, singer Angelica Hale and comedian Preacher Lawson.

Completing the final line up are two Britain’s Got Talent acts: Series 1 winner Paul Potts and Series 3 runner up Susan Boyle.
