After an original revival in 2018, Dancing On Ice will be back for another series on ITV in January.

The cast of all star contestants on the Dancing On Ice 2019 line up was announced earlier this year and now an official first look has been unveiled from training.

We see the celebs both in their glam skating outfits as well as taking to the rink for the first time.

A total of 12 celebs are taking part in the show’s eleventh series.

TOWIE’s Gemma Collins is one of those competing in the show, who declares in the video: “I’m not here to take part, I’m here to takeover.”

Soap stars Jane Danson tells cameras: “Dancing On Ice is something I’ve always wanted to do. It is scary it is dangerous, it’s a massive challenge but it’s quite rewarding when you get it right.”

Ex-Strictly star James Jordan adds: “Everyone knows I’m a professional dancer but I can’t ice skate. The reality is it’s so much harder than what I do for a living.”

TV host Saira Khan: “This is the scariest thing I’ve ever done. I’m petrified.”

Others contestants for Dancing ON Ice are Grease star Didi Conn, actor Richard Blackwood, Aussie soap star Mark Little, and cricketer Ryan Sidebottom who will take to the ice.

Westlife’s Brian McFadden, Love Island’s Wes Nelson, singer Saara Aalto and Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton complete the line-up.

Dancing On Ice bosses previously revealed which professional dancers will partner up with the celebs.

Dancing On Ice will begin Sunday 6 January at 6pm on ITV.

As always, they’ll be marked by the ice panel made up of Jason Gardiner, Ashley Banjo and once again headed up by Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean.
