The vlogger vowed to dye his hair red if he made the Strictly final, to match that of pro partner Dianne Buswell.
With Joe becoming one of the final four in last weekend's semi-final, Joe appeared on It Takes Two last night with his new hair.
Shocked host Zoe Ball reacted: "You did it! You are indeed a man of your word Joe."
Joe said of the new look: "It’s alright.
"I can’t say anything bad because obviously Dianne wouldn’t like that.”
Strictly Come Dancing concludes this Saturday night as Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman present the Strictly Come Dancing Final live on BBC One.
Alongside Joe Sugg & Dianne Buswell, those in the final are Stacey Dooley & Kevin Clifton, Ashley Roberts & Pasha Kovalev and Faye Tozer & Giovanni Pernice.
The four couples will each perform three times in the final: A past dance chosen by the judges, their favourite dance from the series and of course a brand new show dance routine.
Joe and Dianne have been asked by the judges to perform their Paso Doble to Pompeii by Bastille again while their showdance will be to I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor by Arctic Monkeys.
On It Takes Two, Joe teased their showdance would be a "workout".
"[The showdance is] so much fun, it’s a workout, it’s big," he said. "We’ve just got to show people everything we’ve done over the whole series, take that and combine it into one big routine… and get the audience out of their seats."
Dianne added: "Ok it’s risky, very risky. It’s fast, we don’t have a minute to breathe."
