This year’s Love Island may have only just finished but there’s already speculation over next year’s plans.

It was Jack and Dani who won love Island 2018 on Monday night with over 80% of the vote.

Rivals Laura & Paul were runners up, Josh & Kaz finished in third and Wes & Megan ended the series in 4th place.

Season 4 of Love Island was the most watched yet, with over 4 million watching the final episode on Monday.

Wanting to make next summer’s series even bigger, there have been reports that Islanders from the past may make a return.

Former contestant Chyna Ellis, who appeared on the 2017 series, has said she’s up for a comeback.

Chyna told the Daily Star newspaper: “Hopefully they will do that, and I will reapply – I think I need to go back on it to create some drama.”

She added: “It would be a really good plot twist if they brought old people back.”

Bringing back dumped Islanders has been done within same series before, but not from previous seasons.

For now, it’s all just speculation with a year to go until next summer and official plans won’t be confirmed for a long while yet.

But applications are now open to appear on Love Island in 2019 so if you want to apply, see the Love Island 2019 application information here.

Meanwhile, Love Island 2018 will be back on Sunday, August 5 from 9PM with this year’s reunion show.

Caroline Flack will be joined by all the islanders from across the series as we get all the gossip from the Isle of Love and find out if love is still blooming outside of the villa.

ITV2 say the reunion episode will relive all our favourites moments from the series, and this is one hot party you won’t want to miss!
