Celebs Go Dating 2017 is back on E4 tonight after being cancelled last Friday.
Season 3 of E4’s Celebs Go Dating was due to continue on Friday evening at 10PM.
However the latest episode was dropped just minutes before it aired, with a voice-over saying it was “unable” to be shown.
A spokesperson for E4 said the show was cancelled because of “editorial reasons”, denying the decision was linked to Friday’s attempted tube terrorist attack.
“Due to editorial reasons there has been a change to the schedule. Celebs Go Dating will return on Monday,” they said. “It was pulled for editorial reasons.
“It was nothing to do with the incident at Parsons Green.”
Even those who worked on the show were left in the dark, including dating agents Eden and Nadia.
Current celebrity dater Bobby Norris also took to Twitter to reveal he was clueless over the decision but said the show would return on Monday as usual.
He tweeted: “For everyone asking, I honestly have no idea why @CelebsGoDating was cancelled but I am told it will return Monday.. #CelebsGoDating .”
The episode was due to see James ‘Arg’ Argent and Sarah-Jane Crawford set up on a double date.
Tonight, it’s speed dating time for the celebrities as they meet a squad of hotties who are hoping to set their pulses racing.
Those taking part in Celebs Go Dating’s third season include model Calum Best, TOWIE’s Bobby Norris, TOWIE star James ‘Arg’ Argent, and X Factor’s Frankie Cocozza.
As for the girls, reality star Charlotte Dawson, TV presenter Sarah-Jane Crawford and Made In Chelsea’s Georgia Toffolo have all also been looking for love on the show.
But can Sarah-Jane find her flirting skills? Is Arg’s new-found confidence going to take a knock? Can Toff locate anyone who compares to her Liverpool love interest? And after standing his last date up, will Calum survive the wrath of the agents?
Celebs Go Dating airs on E4 weeknights at 10PM.
