Love island’s Jack Fincham has lifted the lid on his reality show with Dani Dyer.
The Love Island 2018 winners will star in their own show, Jack and Dani: Life After Love Island, on ITVBe.
There had been reports recently that the couple’s relationship had become ‘strained’ after a series of rows.
But Jack insisted that – while there had indeed been “bickering” – the pair were very much still going strong.
He told The Sun newspaper: “We do have arguments but people can’t think the world is going to end because we’ve had a row. It’s a normal thing having an argument.
“Filming the show wasn’t easy. It was tough, it was intense – you’re on camera most days of the week all day long.
“We had bickers during filming just like any other couple. I got emotional with Dani doing it; I even had a couple of tear ups. But Dani and I got through it.”
In the interview, Jack said his and Dani’s show would be a “nice story”, as opposed to last year’s programme with Chris Hughes and Olivia Attwood.
Chris and Olivia’s reality series ended with the pair breaking up in a tear-filled argument.
“Most shows like this are about arguments and drama but ours is a nice story, it is about two people that love each other,” Jack said. “Dani and I have a really normal relationship; we both go to work, like our takeaways and sitting at home. It doesn’t feel like we met on Love Island at all – we sometimes have to remind each other.
“It’s definitely nothing like Chris and Olivia’s show, they just didn’t like each other.”
