Love Island 2018 viewers will enjoy more action than ever before, as ITV2 has confirmed the show is launching a new spin-off podcast.
Show winner Kem Cetinay is coupling up with Scottish presenter Arielle Free to host ‘Love Island: The Morning After’.
New episodes of the podcast will be released six days a week, featuring the latest news from the villa.
The duo will discuss the drama from the previous night’s main show and chat to special guests and superfans.
They will also get gossip directly from the islanders themselves, interviewing those unlucky enough to be dumped shortly after their exits.
“Just think of us as the morning after the night before, but without the horrible sense of shame and regret,” a teaser from ITV said.
“We’ll be cranking up the heat right throughout the series.”
Kem took to his Twitter page on Friday to spill the beans on his new role.
“So excited to co-host the new ITV2 Love Island podcast,” he wrote. “This exact day last year I was on the plane to Mallorca!
“Can’t wait to see all the new cast members and the fun and drama their (sic) going to be up to.
“I’ll try be on my best behaviour… promise no swear words!”
Kem shot to fame last summer when he won Love Island’s juggernaut third series alongside Amber Davies.
He went on to compete in ITV’s revived skating contest Dancing On Ice earlier this year, finishing in fourth place.
The first episode of Love Island: The Morning After will be available on Tuesday 5th June.
It will arrive a matter of hours after the new series begins on Monday 4th June at 9.00pm on ITV2.
Fans can listen to The Morning After on the official Love Island app and major podcast services, including Apple’s iTunes.
Telly spin-off Love Island: Aftersun will also be back, airing on Sunday nights after the main show.
