Joey Essex returns to Celebs Go Dating for a third time

Joey Essex made a THIRD return to Celebs Go Dating on E4 tonight.

The former TOWIE star has appeared on the show twice already but it seems he’s yet to find his perfect match.

Stars on the latest series alongside Joey were former Hollyoaks actress Jorgie Porter, American reality star Jonathan Cheban, Diversity’s Perri Kiely, Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton, reality star Ferne McCann and Ex On The Beach and Celebrity Big Brother’s Stephen Bear.

Tonight saw Joey – who on the first series hooked up with fellow celeb Stephanie Pratt – return again, making a cameo as he spoke to current cast member and fellow TOWIE star Arg.

Joey also got to reunite with Celebs Go Dating’s receptionist Tom Read Wilson as the trio chatted over Facetime.

During their conversation, Joey revealed he was once again back on the dating scene.

Could we see Joey back in the dating agency soon for a THIRD time?

A source told The Sun newspaper previously it could happen: “Joey is really keen to do the show again after proving a hit on the last series.

“He is really keen to find Mrs Right and hopes that bosses consider him.”

Meanwhile, tonight’s show saw former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Courtney Stodden jet in from LA looking for love.

She declared: “I’m looking for a British gent, ideally one with a big trouser tent.”

Courtney is hoping to meet a British man ‘nearer her own age’ after splitting from husband Doug Hutchison, who is 35 years older than her.

The pair married in 2011 before a temporary split in 2013 but called time on the relationship for good earlier this year.

Alongside new arrival Courtney, those taking part in Celebs Go Dating’s third season include model Calum Best, TOWIE’s Bobby Norris, TOWIE star James ‘Arg’ Argent, and X Factor’s Frankie Cocozza.

As for the girls, reality star Charlotte Dawson, TV presenter Sarah-Jane Crawford and Made In Chelsea’s Georgia Toffolo have all also been looking for love on the show.

Celebs Go Dating continues week nights at 10PM on E4.
