David Walliams explains his ‘special’ Britain’s Got Talent chair

David Walliams has explained his ‘special’ Britain’s Got Talent chair.

Some VERY eagle-eyed viewers have noticed that David is sitting on a different chair to the other judges.

Nothing escapes the users of Twitter…

Well just in case you were wondering the reason, David has revealed all.

He took to Twitter himself to say: “For those of you who want to know why I have different chair to the other judges on @BGT it is because I had a back operation to remove a disc after my Thames swim for @sportrelief and so need to sit on chairs that are specially designed for people with back problems.”

So there you go.

Britain’s Got Talent is back live tonight on ITV from 7:30PM.

In the last semi-final tonight acts performing are 33-year-old “extreme tambourinist” from Japan Gonzo; comedian Barbara Nice; mysterious magic act X; 31-year-old singer from London Leanne Mya; stuntman and magician Jonathan Goodwin and Japanese dance group Fabulous Sisters.

Completing the final line up were singing barber Jacob Jones and 11-year-old dancers Libby and Charlie, replacing Brotherhood who withdrew ahead of the live show.

Two more acts will make it through in the results show from 9:30PM.

They’ll join the current semi-finalists: Magician Ben Hart, singer Mark McMullan. singer Colin Thackery, comedian Kojo Anim, Magic dog act Dave & Finn, singing and dancing group Flakefleet Primary School, magicians 4MG and comedy singer Siobhan Phillips.
