Dancing On Ice 2018 continues Sunday nights – but which celebrity contestants are on the line up?

In 2017, Dancing On Ice was confirmed for a return to TV in 2018.

Dancing On Ice originally ran between 2006 and 2014, hosted by Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.

A tenth series is now on air featuring a brand new cast of celebrities plucked from the world of TV, music and showbiz, a refreshed line up of skating professionals, a spectacular new set, and more ambitious routines than ever before, the show’s revival will prove unmissable event television.

ITV has since confirmed the Dancing On Ice contestants – here’s who is OFFICIALLY on the lineup for Dancing On Ice 2018…

Who’s on Dancing On Ice? Contestants confirmed

Coronation Street actress Brooke Vincent confessed she was still wobbly in training and wasn’t sure of her chances after beginning rehearsals. Brooke said: “I love a challenge. Ice skating, what an amazing skill.”

Rugby Hunk Max Evans was confirmed as Dancing On Ice’s fifth celeb contestant. He said: “I haven’t done any skating since I was a kid, and this is completely different having to skate on live television.”

Jake Quickenden

X Factor singer Jake will be on Dancing On Ice’s cast. Jake said “I’m terrified. I just feel so lucky that I’ve been asked to do it. I’m so buzzing, I can’t even explain. It’s my mums favourite!… I’ve been wearing Danielle’s tights to get used to [the lycra]!”

Kem Cetinay (ELIMINATED)

Love Island contestant Kem Cetinay became the third confirmed star. He said: “I still can’t believe I’m going to be on Dancing on Ice! Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I’d be strapping on a pair of skates and dancing in some lycra.”

ITV Weatherman Alex Beresford said: “I’ve wanted to do this show for ages. It’s been the biggest secret I’ve ever kept.”

Antony Cotton (ELIMINATED)

Coronation Street actor Antony Cotton confirmed his involvement following an episode of the ITV soap. Antony said: “I better get my skates on – I’ve got practising to do!”

Donna Air (ELIMINATED)

Actress and TV presenter Donna Air said: “It is absolutely terrifying. It’s exciting though, it’s looking like it’s going to be a great series. It’s really difficult… My daughter’s like ‘oh no, mum you’re going to be so embarrassing.”

Lemar (ELIMINATED)

Singer Lemar joined the line up as a late addition after Cricketer Monty Panesar was ruled out due to injury.

TV hot and singer Cheryl Baker was the second celebrity confirmed to compete in Dancing on Ice 2018. Cheryl said: “I started training yesterday. It was such huge fun. I’ve never skated apart from when I was about 12. I am feeling nervous.”

Perri Shakes-Drayton (ELIMINATED THIRD)

Gold medal athlete Perri said “It is an opportunity and I was told in the past I’d never be able to run again and that was not nice to be told… Now the fact my body feels good, I’ve been given a challenge, an opportunity, I’m going to go give it my best shot.”

Stephanie Waring (ELIMINATED SECOND)

Hollyoaks star Stephanie Waring completes the Dancing On Ice 2018 line-up. She said: “It’s quite a daunting challenge. The first day was pretty tough. I thought I’d be better than I was. I fell over once.”

Candice Brown (ELIMINATED FIRST)

The 2016 winner of the Great British Bake Off will be one of the 12 celebrities on Dancing On Ice. Candice said: “It’s nerve wracking. My friends call me Bambi on Ice and that’s just normal day to day!”

The brand new series of Dancing On Ice 2018 airs Sunday nights on ITV.
