Following each of the celeb’s latest live performances, it was soap star Jane Danson and cricketer Ryan Sidebottom who were voted off Dancing On Ice.

They faced a three-way skate off against Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton.

In the skate off, judges Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean, Jason Gardiner and Ashley Banjo decided who to save after all three couples skated again.

Jason, Ashley and Chris all saved Melody, leaving Jane and Ryan to go home. Although her casting vote was not needed, head judge Jayne also saved Melody.

Those on the Dancing On Ice line up tonight included cricketer Ryan Sidebottom and his professional skater Brandee Malto include singer Brian McFadden and pro skater Alex Murphy.

They were joined by Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton and her pro skater Alexander Demetriou, and Love Island’s Wes Nelson and his pro partner Vanessa Bauer.

Also back on the ice were former Strictly Come Dancing pro James Jordan and her pro partner Alexandra Schauman, Coronation Street’s Jane Danson and skater Sylvain Longchambon and finally, X Factor’s Saara Aalto & pro skater Hamish Gaman.

At the end of each routine, judges Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean, Jason Gardiner and Ashley Banjo marked the celebs out of 10. Viewers could then vote for their favourite.

The three couples ranked bottom of the combined judges and viewer leaderboard went forward to the skate off.
