Following each of the celeb’s latest live performances, it was Westlife’s Brian McFadden who was voted off Dancing On Ice tonight.
Brian and pro partner Alex Murphy faced the skate off against X Factor singer Saara Aalto & her pro partner Hamish Gaman.
In the skate off, judges Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean, Jason Gardiner and Ashley Banjo decided who to save after both couples skated again.
Jason, Ashley and Chris all saved Saara, leaving Brian to go home. Although her casting vote was not needed, head judge Jayne also saved Saara.
Those on the Dancing On Ice line up tonight included X Factor singer Saara Aalto & pro partner Hamish Gaman and singer Brian McFadden & pro skater Alex Murphy.
They were joined by Love Island’s Wes Nelson & his pro partner Vanessa Bauer and former Strictly Come Dancing dancer James Jordan & his pro partner Alexandra Schauman.
For the semi-final, each couple danced two routines which were marked by the judges. Each celeb also had to include a 30 second solo skate in one of the routines.
At the end of each performance, judges Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean, Jason Gardiner and Ashley Banjo marked the celebs out of 10. Viewers could then vote for their favourite.
The two couples ranked bottom of the combined judges and viewer leaderboard went forward to the skate off.
